The base registration fee for Porsche & Power on Prospect is $189. This includes entry to the event and two VIP tickets to the Sotheby’s cocktail reception. Alternatively, for $689, you can enjoy two tickets to the La Jolla Concours VIP Opening Soirée on Friday, April 25, 2025, with hosted bites and libations, entry to Porsche & Power on Prospect with two VIP tickets to the Sotheby’s cocktail reception on Saturday, April 26, 2025, and two general admission tickets to the La Jolla Concours d’ Elegance on Sunday, April 27, 2025.

Vehicles entered in the La Jolla Concours d’Elegance should have been authentically restored or lovingly preserved to their original manufacturer’s specifications. Modified vehicles, hot-rods and resto-mods DO NOT QUALIFY and unfortunately will not be accepted in the La Jolla Concours d’Elegance

Hold Harmless Agreement*

The following Hold Harmless agreement is an essential part of this participation form. The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the La Jolla Concours d’Elegance, La Jolla Historical Society, McFarlane Promotions Inc., and the City of San Diego and any/all event committee members from any costs, losses, damages, injuries, litigation and liability arising out of or related to the activities and use of public or private property by the undersigned, and the agents and employees of the undersigned, at the above described event.

Exhibitor Release of Liability*

I, the Exhibitor, hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the La Jolla Historical Society, McFarlane Productions Inc., their officers and agents (all hereinafter referred to as the “La Jolla Historical Society”) harmless from any loss, liability, costs, attorneys’ fees, or damages arising from actual or threatened claims or causes of action resulting from the negligence or intentional actions of the La Jolla Historical Society or the Exhibitor, or each’s respective officers, contractors, members, guests, volunteers, or participants, including any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising from or relating to this Release and/or the La Jolla Historical Society shall, at the option of the La Jolla Historical Society, be settled through nonbinding mediation or binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or through an action brought in any court of competent jurisdiction. In connection with any such mediation, arbitration or court action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. THE EXHIBITOR EXPRESSLY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. The Exhibitor gives permission to the La Jolla Historical Society and McFarlane Promotions for the use of any photographs and information supplied by the Exhibitor, and to take any photographs of me and my property and to use such photographs or information with or without my name. I authorize the La Jolla Historical Society, its assigns and agents to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I have read the above and accept the terms and conditions.
